Definitely decided that I'm getting a pedometer tonight and could do with the eat out, track and shop guide too :) will set me up for a while so that I can stay on track and not guess values!
I use esource which is great as it gives great multiple values I.e. one crumpet is 2 and 2 crumpets are 5 :)

Looking forward tp the 1st WI.. ish ;)
Going swimming this morning too walking there and back and also doing some of my DVD, hopefully I won't be too tired for WI. :)

Could you trial it for a week? There are coupons in most national newspapers which make registration and the first meeting free :)

I think I will stick with SW for now but next time my OH is away I might try WW for the week as this is when I really struggle! But reading your food diary this is the kind of food I could put together for myself. :) thanks for the inspiration and good luck for the upcoming week. :)

I used 90.5 points last night on a night out but Ive done enough exercise to cover most of them and only have 18 extras to get rid of :)

I couldnt rate it highly enough!

wow im impressed the girls at work rave about the new plan.. so feel as if i might give it a try lol..

do u go to classes?
 
Im a Fitness Instructor and an Aerobics Instructor and up until last year I taught all manner of classes!

However Ive got a bad back injury so most of my exercise comes from walking or doing the 'Move More' WW DVD! I practice my old routines with aerobics to try and strengthen my back but thats about it! I dont find the WW DVD a challenge at all :)

Where I live its famous for large grass areas that are spread around the town centre called the Stray. Its protected by the Queen! I find that if I walk around all of them its a good 2hr walk- and its near my flat :)

Ive done Discover before but this plan is much better!
