Then I got invited out again....

1/2 a Black Magic Wetherspoons Pitcher = 9pp
5 Double Vodka & SL Tonics = 20pp
1 Single Vodka Red Bull = 4pp

Then, you know, casually on the walk home at 3am slightly worse for wear I walked past McDonalds...
And got 2 Double Cheeseburgers... 24pp :eek:

Hmmm Ive now well and truly confused myself.

I have been inputting my times for my exercise into Esource but in the back of my purple pocket guide its completely different! I think its because in the purple book its weight based.
What do I do? Shall I just start counting everything using the back of the purple book from now on?
Im going to do 60 Mins of Cardio High Intensity when I get in- which gets me 14AP! That puts me even!

What do you all think?

Cheeseburger with Fries and Apple Crumble and Custard!

Cheeseburger with Fries is 12pp! (I added another pp as I used a larger burger bun)
Apple Crumble is 8pp per serving!

The burger has Heinz BBQ Sauce which is free for 30g I think and Mustard which is the same...
I did burn the chips but they were still scrummy!!!!

Oh dear... just been looking on e-source and after the post above ive realised where I have gone wrong.
On the left tab on the screen theres a bit where you can work out pps etc- i didnt see the one for activities! When I went swimming for 30 minutes the other day and did 25 racing lengths I pointed 3, but it was 7!
Aah well- its a learning curve!!!

I have a question... If u have done a new exercise and ur muscles ache do u rest or do more of the same to try to get them used to it?! Zumba! Lol it's my shoulders/ top of my bk xx
 
If its due to using muscles that you've never used before then keep going but have hot baths and ensure that you cool down properly. If you're hurting because you haven't cooled down properly then stop! Just makes it loads worse- I once did it and I couldn't walk for nearly 3 days properly!
If you have a nicrowavable heat bag or muscle rub these can help with the pain :)

Getting Zumba at the end of the week mums buying me it haha will kill me though...
I loved it when I went to the classes as my mate teaches it but was in agony the next day so at least I can control it haha :)
