Same child then went on to fall over at school and now has 6 paper stitches & glue in his forehead! Not the best day but tomorrow can only get better lol x

I'm just so frightened as I've yo yoed for as long as I can remember and I don't think my body can cope with it again! Full of stretch marks and it really upsets my mood and my IBS is really bad too!

My consultant from my last op said it doesn't matter how much I exercise, I will never lose that. Grrrrrrr! IBS is horrible, thankfully since I have been eating properly over the last year or so, mine has really improved.

I had to lose my weight quickly for my last op so am very anxious to take it slowly now. Thats why I am only to happy to lose 0.5 / 1 / lbs or sts.

Wow you look amazing for 45!!! I thought u were 30!!!!

I can't believe my attitude! I'm so with it, it actually shocks me because I've usually given up by now!

I think we all have that bit that we will never lose and it's a reminder of who we are or even what we were like before! It makes us ourselves :)

I'm 21 and it's solely my yo yoing that caused my stretch marks so I won't be doing it again that's for sure!!!!

As soon as I start eating properly my IBS completely subsides it's mad!

My Slimpod Positives & Thoughts, To be completed everyday for at least 21 Days:

Day 12:

My 3 Positives:
1. Felt confident enough to take my jumper off at work and wear just my polo shirt!
2. Had lots of comments saying how well im doing and how well I look!
3. Bought a size 16 (top) and 14 (bottoms) bikini for my hol in 1 week and 3 days!

Fell asleep last night whilst listening to my Slimpod!!! So didn't update whoops! Had a good day yesterday! Felt very weak after blood tests but stayed on plan ad very pleased! WI today and still 14% 100% so super chuffed! Will see how today goes and may have a treat later!

I have decided that from the 14th April I will attend a WW meeting so that I get more support whilst on my journey! There is a meeting on a Thursday morning so I may attend this one as there is no meeting at all on Fridays!

I would like to get to goal through a meeting and use all of the support to my biggest advantage! My Online membership expires on 13th April!

5lbs lost! Treat well and truly enjoyed although I have indigestion so back to it tomorrow! Didn't really enjoy my "treat" at all!! Will have something nicer and healthier in future!

Wow wow wow! You must be thrilled! When I got to a bmi of 25 last time my weight loss was about a pound every two weeks. It's just falling off you!
