Ive always struggled so so much!

Finally got my head around it and sorted! I also drink a LOT of water as im so thirsty!

Im sure it will slow down now!

Going to enjoy myself this weekend!

I've never been told off for losing too much HAHAHA! My losses are sooooo slow. My body seems to LOVE being around 11st hehe.

I think that I will be ok!

Hopefully its not too much of a jump!!!

My march target is to be at 11.13 by the end of March so :fingerscrossed: ill be there!!!!

Im still very frightened of how fast im losing weight and what its doing to me! especially with the dizzy spells fainting etc!

If you're struggling think back to basics- lots of water and shared weeklies 6-10 per day :) that's how I have managed it :)

My Slimpod Positives & Thoughts, To be completed everyday for at least 21 Days:

Day 13:

My 3 Positives:
1. Lost 5lbs at WI!
2. BMI Stands at 25 so anything else lost now will get me to my ideal BMI!
3. Tried a dress on in primark! Size 16 fits great- need to lose a bit more off my back and hips for it to be super comfy but at least I know what size I am! I'm 18-20 normally!!!

Great Day!!! Really pleased with myself! Had some pizza with my OH tonight and it gave me indigestion- obviously bad food doesn't agree with me anymore! Also tried on my dress I wore out to my minimins meet up a couple of months back and it fits so much better- I can breathe properly!!! I'm wearing it to a christening on Sunday and feel good about it :) back to it tomorrow :D

5lbs lost! Treat well and truly enjoyed although I have indigestion so back to it tomorrow! Didn't really enjoy my "treat" at all!! Will have something nicer and healthier in future!
