Attack Ruthie's Diary

I have decided to do a challenge to keep me motivated should I fall off the wagon! 18lbs makes me halfway through so I have decided to set that for christmas and to see how far I get!

Breakfast:
Galette with Vanilla Essence
Black Coffee with 1 Tsp Skimmed Milk
2 Glasses Water

Snack:
Total 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
2 Glasses Water

Lunch:
Tandoori Chicken Escalopes
Luc Lac Beef
Creme Cafe
2 Glasses Water

Snack:
Turkey Slice
2 Glasses Water

Tea:
Chicken With Mustard
Stuffed Crab
Egg Custard Flan
2 Litres Fizzy Water

Sounds lovely to me :)

Tandoori Chicken Escalopes! With 0% fat Yog on the side as I didn't eat all of my snack this am!

2 small pots of Yog, 2 green chillis, crushed Garlic & Ginger, tandoori spices and lemon juice all mixed together in a large bowl.
Score chicken fillets and place in bowl covering with mixture. Cover and marinade in fridge overnight.
Cook on 200 for 30 mins :)

I feel quite shaky so I'm having a coffee with the aspartame sweetener to see if it helps :)
Haven't been hungry once yet! Going to bring my food intake down to one meal and lunch and one at dinner :)

My friends are having vodka and being like 'this is ridiculous' :(

Day Two Attack

Breakfast:

Large Cup of Coffee with 1 Tsp Skimmed Milk

Snack:
0% Fat Greek Yogurt
2 litres water

Lunch:
Tandoori Chicken Escalopes with 0% Yogurt
2 Glasses Water

Snack:
Coffee With Sweetener

Dinner:
Crabmeat with Homemade Dukan Mayo
2 Boiled Eggs
1 Portion Egg Flan
2 litres water

Coffee with 1 tsp skimmed milk & Sweetener

Just got on the scales and I'm 185 3/4 lbs!!!!! I was 188 1/4 yesterday!!!

So pleased :) on attack that's a total loss of 3.5lbs in 2 days!

Good luck for tomorrow!

Theres 2 types of mayo, I prefer the oil free one but I will give you both:

Dukan Mayonnaise
1 Raw Egg Yolk
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsps Fat Free Fromage Frais/Quark
1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley/Chives
S&P

Put the egg yolk in a mixing bowl and combine with the mustard. Season with S&P and add the herbs. Gradually mix in the ff/quark. Refridgerate.

Oil Free Mayonnaise
1 Hard Boiled Egg
55g/2oz Fat Free Fromage Frais/Quark
1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
S&P

Crush the hard boiled egg with a fork and mix into the ff/quark. Add the mustard, S&P & some herbs if you wish. Refridgerate.
