Rye Bread

Bread white/brown/wholewheat makes me bloated... so someone suggested rye bread at 71g is a healthy extra B and high in fibre..

any suggestions on what to do with it?

Greggs the Bakers, do a Rye roll, which is 1 Hex B per roll. Its about £1-20 a bag of 6 rolls. Its lovely and taste nothing different from a wholemeal roll. You can use it anyway you like. Give it a try.
