Ryvita Queries

Can anyone help me on this please?
I am totally confused.

In my food optimising books (both old and current) under HEXb (both green and original) it states the following:

F S - 2 Ryvita Dark Rye/Original/Sesame
FF - 4 Ryvita Dark Rye/Original/Sesame

Is it 2 and F and S or is it 4 and FF?
The items are identical!

My second query is..
Is Ryvita Original Crackerbread a HEXb?
I am presuming it is as Wholegrain is and is 6 per HEX.
If so is it also 6?

I am trying to be really careful as, in the past, I have presumed things and was disappointed when I STS or weight loss wasn't as good as I expected as I thought I was being so good.

It's a bit confusing, I agree!

What it means is, if you have 2 Ryvita as your HE-B, then it's a 'speed' food (S) and one 'Fibre' food (F). If you have 4 as your HE-B portion, it doesn't count as a 'speed' food, but does give you a double dose of fibre (FF). So, if you are on a speed-food mission, have two and you can count the ryvita as a speed food. But if you want more to eat, and want something more filling with more fibre, have 4 (and get your speed foods elsewhere!)

With regards to the crackerbreads, it is only the wholegrain that are a healthy extra. Original are not, and are 1 syn each.
