S&S Diary - Abbz (Abbey)

    Round 2...

    Hi, I'm Abbey :)

    I lost 3 stone on Lipotrim between November 2013 and February 2014 (went from nearly 14st to under 11st), and had every intention of switching to Slim & Save after my birthday in March to lose a further 2-3 stone. Well, I bought a month's worth and was on it for two weeks, lost half a stone nearly (got down to 10st9) and put it all back on plus a little bit more when I came off Slim & Save for my friend's 18th in early April. I haven't managed to get motivated enough since.

    Right now, I'm about 11st1lb (155lb), 40lb down from what I was in November but still 30lb away from where I want to be. I'm a size 10 - 12 but I have chunky thighs still and belly fat.

    I'm restarting Slim & Save Simplicity on Monday 12th May 2014 to get down to 8-9st; I know it's light, I'm not aiming to be skinny or look ill, I just want to be slim and lean and that's still a healthy BMI for me. I'm hoping that by losing weight with Slim & Save and by exercising (walking, aqua aerobics and toning exercises) I'll look fab for Summer!

    Reasons for doing this (again):
    - Look and feel great for Summer
    - Start surfing
    - Bikini's!

    - Confidence
    - Be able to buy and wear whatever clothes I like (and in a smaller size)
    - Be fit & healthy
    - Lose belly/leg fat
    - Wear a dress with confidence
    - Not be jealous of slim friends
    - To prove to everyone that I can do it (again)

    I can admit to myself that I fell of the wagon a bit these last few months, but I'm determined now to get it done so I never have to look and feel this way again!

    I'd really appreciate any support and advice, such as exercising techniques, how to get rid of lumpy legs and lose skin etc. I start on Monday!

    well done on your journey so far. I think you look great already! I'm sure once you get into the swing of things again you'll get to a weight you're comfortable with quickly.

    I'm on week 3 and loving it. I feel great and although I've not weighed since week one (lost 8lbs) I can really feel changes already. I'm just starting to experiment more with the food. Celeriac and swede chips are a lot better then I thought!

    Thank you, I like knowing that although I'm not where I want to be yet, I'm nowhere near where I was.

    Ah well done! When are you next going to weigh yourself? Sounds good, I'm sticking to Simplicity though to avoid temptation!

    Ta Abbz - it's been a complete life changer for us TBH. My main gripe now is the loose skin around my stomach, all I can do is keep working hard with an aim to fill the flabby shell with Muscle.

    I've got a Cruise in August and another in November and I'm darn sure I'll not be piling on pounds due to over indulging this time on unlimited food and drink. I think I'll just live on liquid for the 3 weeks :)

    And so, it begins!
    My official start weight this time is 11st1.5lb, not too bad I don't think, means that overall I've only put on a pound a half since the end of Lipotrim in February. Already had one strawberry milkshake, was yummy! Feeling really determined and today is also the start of my workout routine:

    So, I've already lost 20% of my body weight, when I reach 10st6 (146lb) it will be 25%, and when I reach 10st5 (145lb) i can join the half century club for losing 50lb! :)

    Hi Abbz I have restarted today. I had my op and now I feel great. So i ordered tfr diet online 4 shakes or a bar and a noodley thing for dinner. I have a week of lipo left so I will have 4 weeks in total on tfr. My scales are broken so no idea what I weigh. Still a size 12 but I have belly and back fat to get rid of. Good luck.

    Thank you! It's enough to gradually tone me up and increase my fitness but not so much that it will overly exhaust me
