Saag Turkey/Chicken

150g spinach, chopped
400g chicken or turkey, diced
2 tsp ready chopped garlic
1 tsp ready chopped chilli
4 cardomom pods, seeds only
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp coriander
3 tsp cumin
1/2 tin chopped tomatoes
1 stock cube chicken or vegetable
200ml boiling water
1 onion, diced

Mix the chopped tomatoes and all the spices together.
Pop a tiny bit of salt in the bottom of a non stick wok and brown the turkey and sweat the onion.
Add the tomato mixture and cook for a few minutes.
Add the stock and cook for 5 or 10 mins then add the spinach and cook for another 5 minutes.
