My closest supermarket is Sainsburys so I'd be really grateful if anyone knew the syns for any of the following...

Sainsbury's Cottage Pie frozen 400g
Sainsbury's tinned veg curry (shelf edge label says balti veg curry)
Sainsbury's tinned chick pea dahl
Sainsbury's tinned bombay potatoes
Sainsbury's 10 slices of ham and chicken

I just found out that the wafer thin ham and chicken is free so will stick to that I think!!

the saisburys chickpea dhal is 11 syns on EE but the asda chickpea dhal is free on EE is that right and if so how
