Salad dressing..

I duno if this should be here or recipes.. sorry Sandy.. but.....

Help me make a proper nice salad dressing with vinegar.. i usually just put vinegar on salads cos i a vinegar fiend.. but i was wondering what i could add to it to make something different.. and either free or not maybe syns??

You can get salad dressing from the shop, and so long as it has less than 44 calories per 100ml, it's free. I think some of the Kraft low fat ones are free, but best to check the label!

yeah.. i usually do get ones from the shop.. but i've gone off most of them now .. i duno why.. lol.. would you reccomend any? i suppose i could add extra vinegar to them..

No worries. I like the Kraft Caeser one which is only 1/2 syn per tablespoon!

Other than that, a little olive oil with lemon juice and black pepper is lovely and not that high in syns, (according to the sw website anyways lol)
