Salad dressings?

Has anyone got any yummy salad dressing ideas i could use? i find chicken and salad a bit bland and dry.

Any ideas? thanks

A dash of balsalmic vinegar can brighten things up.

I found some balsamic vinegar in a spray bottle (waitrose) so I can just quickly spray the leaves.

Otherwise I just use lemon or lime juice and a few drops of light soy sauce.

Mashed egg can brighten up a salad as well - or grilled tomatoes?

fat free fromage frais + mustard + vinegar + herbs is my current favourite...
