Salad dressings

I'm not refeeding properly just yet but will confess to having the odd little salad now and then...

Can anyone recommend the best sort of dressing to use when I do refeed? There's only so much naked salad I can consume without feeling like a grazing horse...

love balsamic vinegar on salad it is gorgeous...can have that from day one of refeed if u choose, after day 4 u can use the kraft low fat dressing,caesar,honey n mustard,thousand island,garlic n herb are all good but not 2 much,maybe just a couple of teaspoons
