I think red and yellow peppers are high in carbs (than green ones). No sure whether that helps. Also chicken tikka could have all sorts of stuff added to it (unless you make it yourself) sometime is has preservative food colouring etc.
thanks for answering. im making the chicken myself, but just really confused on the salad. i wont put any peppers in it.

i started again today and its really getting to me totm u see:(:(
