Salmon burgers from the new SW mag

Anyone tried these out yet? I've made mine up and they're in the fridge chilling for later. I'm not sure how they're going to work out - I can see them falling apart unlike the perfect roundness in the photograph! Going to have them with steamed carrots, broccoli and peas for tea and not bother with the mayo that goes with the recipe.
 
Just bought the mag and quite fancied them. Let us know what they're like
 
They were lovely! Would definitely recommend them. However I think I would use the whole egg next time instead just an egg white to bind them together a bit better as they were a little crumbly. Still gorgeous though!
