Salmon?!

lol, I know what you mean! They tell you you must eat two portions of oily fish for health - but then tell you that if you eat more than two portions you'll take in too much mercury! :rolleyes:
 
My freezer has a drawer full of swordfish and shark steaks (good old Makro!) and I don't plan on limiting how much of it I eat per week I can tell you!

My OH has a bit of a thing about basa (or river cobbler as it's often known here) at the moment... super cheap if bought frozen in Makro. A nice buttery tasting fish which we tend to just cook with lemon juice and black pepper. I still prefer salmon and tuna though!

I have loads of white fish in butter and parsley sauce (Youngs) as they were on offer in Morrisons - ive been buying them up!!!! hehe! x
