The main in my legs has returned like I had when I did LT in the summer

Am thinking it's a lack of sodium. What does everone else think?
Can we take sodium tablets. Am going to speak to the pharmacy tomorrow but whatdya think it is?

It burns between my knee and top of thigh and is very very painful and wakes me up so I have to turn over

i think u shud get ur doctor to double check why its hurting first b4 u start taking anything
