Hi everyone! I am on this forum daily for motivation and inspiration and thought it would be a good idea to start writing a diary so that I can keep an eye on how I'm doing! Starting weight: 11.12 Target weight: 10.00 Week 1: 11.2 (-10lbs!!!) So I've had a very good first week and am over the moon with my first loss. Now I'm preparing myself for slightly lower losses but I can already see a difference in the mirror! For the first week I tried a few of the packets, couldn't even bring myself to taste the curry as I found the smell so horrible!! I seem to have settled on a mix of the porridge, shepherds pie (yummy!) and strawberry shakes. Looking forward to the next weigh in!
