I have a pile of stuff by my front door waiting to be shipped to the charity shop or put on eBay.....have I done either? No!

I listed some stuff at the weekend but nothing seems to be going :0/

Just taken 4 bags to my mums her and my sister went through them to choose what they wanted I can't be bothered with anymore !!

Typical isn't it I thought I could make money for slimmer clothes but everyone seems to get my stuff for 99p lol when I spend a fortune !!

Ah that's so annoying!! To be honest I had this pile for ages and kept meaning to do it so am super pleased I finally did it! I usually put my charity stuff in a bag by the door. It eventually makes it into the car. Then after a few weeks in the car it does eventually make it to charity - I tend to use those big charity bins in car parks.
I should really get sifting through and be ruthless on my wardrobe but can't bring myself to! There's always a reason why I simply must keep it all!!!

So today has been lemon water flavouring mixed into Greek yoghurt with a chopped up lemon bar mixed in too.
Dark Truffa bar while out socialising.
Omelette with mushrooms, onion and spinach.
Going to have a hot shake later.

Really going to try an early night although have thank you cards to do so will probably end up doing that until midnight!!

I gave my stuff to my mum and sister who were chuffed it's coming up to Xmas and who couldn't use new clothes even if they are second hand !!

Yeah my friends doing a swap shop but I think if end up coming home with even more stuff if I did that! Ha ha!! But yes I really must be strong and whittle down my wardrobe. I mean, I've got to make some room for my new slim clothes!! Lol!! Ha ha!! Oh there really is no helping me!! Ha ha!! Xx

Today I attempted a coffee in a cafe latte shake made into a cake type thing. I just felt like I wanted to 'eat' something. Feeling hungry and wondering if I've slipped out of ketosis. Trying to distract myself with housework and sorting bits out while the little one sleeps.
Made some black currant sugar free jelly last night and put a teaspoon of the mulled wine flavouring in. Was really yummy.

Am going out for lunch today and have checked the menu in advance as I'm with people who don't know I'm doing this. There's a smoked salmon salad so will probably opt for that with a water. No coke zero on the menu

Hubby's home today! Yay! Always nice to see him at the weekends so he can compliment me!!! Lol.

I salute you on making these cake things....I keep saying to myself...ooh I can do that...but then I end up too busy with work and just have whatever it is as is!

You'll be fine today Sammy...so organised already pre-planned what you'll have for lunch....sounds yummy!!

No where public seems to have coke zero is what I've found...I mean they sell it in the shops but not in bars/cafes/restaurants...weird! You could always have your own stash in your bag?

Its normally the other way round for me and OH going away for work....its so nice to be home and see the ones we love

Thank you - it was yummy although I did accidentally eat half a cherry tomato! I thought it was red pepper until I was chewing it! I couldn't really spit it out there and then!! Ha ha.

Prezzos (if you have one) do coke zero and a nice chicken or steak salad! I've been there twice while doing this diet and it's great as I didn't have to say anything about diets and no one knew!!

I haven't seen it anywhere else which is a shame. I had sparkling water today which incidentally had a slice of lemon in it. Guess I've kind of unwittingly cheated today.

Even though I've already had a small meal today I am actually gonna make some fish cakes for tea tonight. I'm craving them weirdly and think if rather give in to that then do anything silly!!
