Hi everyone

Today, I'm beginning a journey on JUDDD. I tried this diet for a few weeks last year and did lose some weight, but typically enough, gave up, put the weight back on, and some more...and some more... and then a bit more just to top it off, leaving me weighing in at 17 st 12 lbs this morning :sigh:

I gave Exante a bash earlier this year and lost 17 lbs in 2 weeks, but fell off the wagon and that was that :eek: I'm hoping JUDDD will keep me on track because, basically, you only have to have willpower for one day at a time :D And even I can manage that lol ...Surely?

So. Today is my first Down Day. So far I've had one cheese and ham toastie, which was 280 calories.

I'm not sure how many calories I'll have on DD, but I'm thinking up to 700 absolute max if I'm really struggling, less if I'm having a not-so-bad day.

I'm off to work in a while, short shift today (4-7) doing kitchen duties in a residential home. Hopefully I'll behave myself around the food, but I promise nothing :rolleyes:
