Hello peeps,
I'm starting this thread to help me keep track of my weight, measurements and also exactly what I'm popping in my mouth!!!! Hoping to see some changes with Herbalife but I'm fully aware that its not a magic solution!
Also by doing a diary I'm hopeful that others can point me in the right direction if I'm not eating the right kind of things etc. I'm very much a WW advocate but feel like I need a last boost to lose my final 5-7lbs plus I've been told Herbalife will help to make me more lean when working out
So today is my first day and here are my stats:
Weight - 11 stone 6.5lbs
Measurements
Waist - 77cm
Hips - 95cm
Chest - 90cm
Thigh - 58cm
I've had my first shake which tasted alright and I've packed up my lunch bag for work as I'm on afternoons this week, just hoping I don't feel hungry
