I had a tesco lighter cheese and ham sandwich at lunch and was wondering how I work out the syn value.

Calories = 310 HOWEVER! I haven’t had an healthy extras today, so hoping to count each slice of brown bread as a HEB and the cheese as a HEA? Can I do this?! :)
Help would be greatly appreciated.xx

I think you are only supposed to take off 6 syns if it's made with wholemeal bread, which strictly speaking is not the same as brown - sandwiches are always loads of syns, even when they are the low cal/low fat option.
