It is very easy to make little slip ups in the first few days, once you are in ketosis it will be so much easier...nibbling may delay you getting there.

It is very encouraging to see the scales go down so fast in the first week, can become addictive weighing:)

Good luck on your LT journey - the next few days are gonna be hard - but just take it one day at a time - if you say to yourself every morning that you are only doing it for this day it really helps

Remember to drink ur water - it really helps
Dont beat yourself up mate, somw of us will stray little but the point is you can always get right back on the plan, just be a good girl and try not to cheat and the scales will be nice to you on weigh day ;)
:confused:did you think you cheated by standing on the scales or because you really cheated????
