    well, finally back on track.Offically lost three stone with slimming world so im now tryin pp! offically weighted in at 11.12 Yesterday!

    Sun 20th feb

    Breakfast


    Oats so simple 3
    200ml milk 3
    Banana 0

    Lunch
    Low fat super noodles chilli chicken 8
    Apple 0

    Dinner
    140g mc cain oven orig 5
    Homemade Curry 2
    Grape 0

    Snacks
    2 ww bread 2
    20g flora 2
    ww tortilla hot chilli flavour 2

    Monday 21st feb

    Breakfast

    30g cornflakes 3
    100ml milk 1
    2 ww bread 2
    10g flora 1

    Lunch
    50g (or less) cooked pasta with sauce/meatballs 4
    banana 0

    Dinner
    120g mc cain orig chips 4
    40g(3) crispy dippers 3
    spaghetti hoops(200g) 3

    Snacks
    2x squares 6
    ww tortilla 2
    grapes 0
    apple 0

    Another good day! hopefully i plan to move this weight steadily!!

    Your food looks gorgeous! Are the low fat supernoodles comparable in taste to the normal ones?

    I love the low fat ones! but not all of them taste too good!

    So for lent im going off crisps cold turkey ( which is a big issue i eat an excessive amount) been bad for a week and weighed myself at 12.1! ( why do i do it to myself!!:mad: )

    Breakfast

    Special k bar 2pp

    Lunch

    Leek and potato soup 2pp
    2x ww bread 2pp
    10g flora 1pp
    2 mouthfulls of pasta 2pp

    Dinner

    5x nugs 6pp
    100g oven chips 3
    Brown roll toasted 3
    Rs / mayo 4

    However had a late nite binge on some noodles and a wrap! so an extra 11/45 of my weekly used!

    DAY FOUR OFF CRISPS

    finding it rather hard to want to eat really without crisps :( like not wanting to snack at all!
    staying strong thou! my goal for lent is to be one stone lighter ! and only one takeaway per week!!
