Hi All,

I am not a new member as you can see from my stats. Last year I managed to lose 2 stone through healthy eating, watching my calories and loads of fitness. I managed to run 10k in 1hr (I don't do running) and I completed the summer wolf run, which was hard work but so much fun!

I am here now, to basically put down in writing what I am eating and also my fitness and how I'm feeling. I hope you will all enjoy reading my diary! I have 2 stone to lose and tomorrow is the day I start writing it all down! So here is tomorrow. I am just about to update all of my statistics

Morning All,

Well food so far goes something like this....

Breakfast:
1 Slice wholemeal toast
2 Medium Eggs
251 Calories

Lunch:
Hairy Dieters Tomato Soup
175 Calories

Dinner:
Small Gammon Steak
Baked Beans
Mashed potato
650 Calories

Snacks:
1 Satsuma
5 Celebration Chocolates :eek:

Good Morning Everyone! :D

I'm slightly excited as I go back to the gym tomorrow after a few months off.... I am doing Step tomorrow! It will kill me but I'm really looking forward to it :)

Todays Menu goes something like this:

Breakfast:
2 Medium Eggs
1 Slice of Wholemel Bread
251 Calories

Lunch:
Remainder of Hairy Dieters Tomato Soup

Dinner:
