Yeah I felt okay after my porridge :)

Just waiting for Dave to get home so I can cook us dinner.

We've decided to try the slow cooker on Tuesday- chicken casserole with carrot, parsnip, swede and dumplings!

Awwww that's good :) I was worried about you with the Blockage! X Casserole sounds yummy! Will u do the Aunt Bessie's Dumplings? X

I had a WW meal- sausages and mash with veg.

Had about 35pp today :) (Dailies are 32)

I'm at home for the weekend- lots of uni work to be done.

Popped into the co-op today and bought some pitta bread and a Nando's Piri Piri marinade :D going to have Nando's fakeaway tomorrow using chicken breast- can't wait!

Decided to try gluten free products for a while as I've been having a lot of wheat recently and my stomach has puffed up like a balloon and been so painful. I bought the Genius seeded GF bread and it was really nice (unlike other GF breads I've had).

Fish cake for dinner tonight :)

No I couldn't find the chip sprinkle :( It was the cadbury instant one that you make with water, but not sure if I pointed it right.

Yeah I was looking by the seasonings but maybe my local co-op doesnt do it? I'll look for it in Morrisons on Monday!

Morrisons definitely do it but maybe it isn't a coop stocked item? It's called Nandos Peri Peri Salt.x

A bit annoyed that I've lost no weight for a month, but in that time I have had some epic binges, so hopefully November will be my month and I'll have some good losses!
