ProPoints Sarah's back and determined to lose weight! Let's get my figure back!

Oooh I am excited! Me and the boy won a free photoshoot at a charity raffle and we had it a few weeks ago to celebrate our one year anniversary. Here are a couple of the pics! I love them, even though I think I look quite large (5'8" and 14st 6lbs)

I've never been that far into a relationship before.
In fact, I've never been past 2 and a half months, so this 8 months is doing really well for me haha.

Nothing really. I've walked the dog, watched The Men Who Made Us Fat and done the washing up. Will probably do some uni work this afternoon! Boring day really! You?

Sounds like the perfect day! I can't wait to watch that program tonight, sounds really good! I had a friend and her daughter over for lunch, now I'm just looking forward to my roast lol x

Trina I love pasta. I have to weigh it out so I know my portion size or I'd be eating loads!

Well, I was doing so well today and this evening I kinda feel like I've blown it a bit by eating some chocolate. I've used up my weeklies now, so at least I haven't gone over those. I hope my IBS doesn't flare up now :(

Breakfast- Special K 3pp, Skimmed milk 1pp
Lunch- 4 ryvita crackerbread 2pp, extra light laughing cow 0pp, 1 slice kingsmill 50/50 2pp, marmite 0pp, babybel 1pp, chicken slices 1pp, walkers squares 3pp
Dinner- pasta 7pp, sweetcorn 1pp, philadelphia light sweet chilli 2pp, broccoli 0pp, tuna 2pp, peas 1pp
Snacks- 2 Mrs Crimble's coconut rings 10pp, chocolate estimated 12pp

Maybe it was the pasta coz i always get munchies after it. 1 min im stuffed and the next im hungry,thas y i dont have it as much. Like serena says tho thats what your weeklies r for.x

I don't think it was worth it to be honest! I didn't enjoy it that much and I've had some stomach pain this morning.

Also I don't seem to be shifting much weight this week, only 0.6lb so far. I think it's because this week I've spread my weeklies out over the whole week, and last week I just used them on one day and the rest of the week had my dailies.

I think next week I will try not using many weeklies and see how that works.

Going into town soon with my mum, gonna do another Leslie video later!
 
Hi! Welcome!

Well I've been to town and finally got some more knickers! And bought some new socks as mine all had holes in!

As we were walking about a St John Ambulance man told us they were doing free diabetes checks so I got mine blood glucose level done. I was worried about type 2 diabetes as my BMI is 30 and my waist measurement is 34 inches (waist measurement is just above your bellybutton, not around your hips) and when I watched a programme on BBC1 about diabetes it said women are at risk of type 2 if their waists are above 31 inches. But my blood levels were fine so nothing to worry about :) I was just told to lose weight and I told them I'm on weight watchers :)
