Week 2, Day 1. Friday 8th jan. 2lb loss this morning

Breakfast- Oat so simple
Lunch- kingsmill wholemeal thins x2 with ham, ww cheese and quavers 5pp
Dinner- poached egg on kingsmill wholemeal thin

I've always found I have the best results with Friday as my WI Day x
Prob the same reason I love my Saturday morning weigh in, I found in the past it kept me on track for the weekend :D x

Yeah for some reason friday weigh in works better, i did try tue at one point but didnt last long thankyou, i love them weekend is good, food is fine except just made a chicken tika season and shake for the first time and it was so watery it was horrible x

Shame about the disappointing meal, I hate it when that happens.
