Day 1 of James Duigan's clean and lean diet. Breakfast: 50gms scrambled eggs and 50gms smoked salmon. Lunch: fillet of smoked cod grilled with sliced cucumber. Snack: 1 thin slice of beef with handful raw cashew nuts. Dinner: 100gms baked fillet steak with griddles courgettes and 1/4 avocado. Snack: 1 teaspoon hummus with chopped red peppers. 2 litres of water. 1 cup of coffee. 3 cups green tea. Honk for day one!!
