Week 1 day 1 of simply filling
Breakfast-
2x crumpets (free)
2 tsps half fat butter 1pp
Milk (for the day) 2pp

Dinner-
Half a jacket (free)
1 slice of ham (free)
2x eggs (free)
2 tsps half fat butter 1pp

Tea (later)-
Sirloin steak (free)
New potatoes (free)
Peas 0pp

Will prob have a portion of fruit later too!

I will be following this as I'm considering it! Try get myself away from pointing everything!
 
i know i didnt believe it at first, but its true.
i have pointing everything and i feel this is more of a lifestyle change than a diet as ur not eating ready meals and takeaways and the bad foods ww allows u to have on pp

lunch-
scrambled egg (free) using daily milk
2x w/w toast (free)
2 tsps of 1/2 fat butter 1pp

tea will be-
gammon steak (free)
new pots (free)
egg (free) will use my daily oil allowance to fry it
fresh pineapple (free)
(doubt i will eat all of this i alway share my gammon with daughter anyway)

fruit for snacks

today- 4/49 allowance
total 9/49 allowance
