Sarah's Target & 10K Mission

I totally would, Emise. Perhaps we could arrange some kind of courier system?

I got a lovely new pink cool-bag type lunchbox as one of my birthday presents from Mum and it's perfect! I think that's why I find it so satisfying getting it all ready the night before. (Such a loser!) It's got a really slim ice block which goes in the bottom and keeps everything cool 'til lunchtime. There's just about room for my overnight oats jar, a tupperware of couscous (or whatever's on the menu) for lunch, plus my teeny tub of bran flakes, my banana and my cereal bar. Much nicer than bringing in a plastic bag!!

xx

I am looking for something to use for bringing my mounds of food to work too :) Can you post a piccie of your one? xx

Haha i love this - sistema are amazing food storage! :D only my lad has one atm but I will get one on pay day

:D xxxx

Jumping in on the Sistema convo, do you all find its big enough? I've been reading reviews on Amazon as I'm interested in the one with the two little compartments as the top and theyre all complaing you can barely fit anything it it? X

Mine is a cool bag, rather than one of their tupperware type lunchboxes for that exact reason. It's fab and I'd definitely recommend it - plenty of room for one of their super-thin ice blocks then you can fill it with tupperware boxes etc to keep you going all day!

Just been looking on amazon at them. I have cool bag but it isn't a big as that and the handle is annoying! xx

Mine's a brilliant size actually (gosh, I should be on commission!) - plenty of room for breakfast and lunch and snacks. I've got some stacking tubs from Paperchase (with cute animals on them!) and they fit in perfectly xx

Re: Miss Sarah's final countdown to target and the dirty thirties!

Aww love you, Minks!

Today's not looking bad for a Tuesday. Quite a few meetings and conferene calls so hopefully it'll fly by! Then straight from work to check in on my Grannie and get her some dinner, then home to chill with Dave. We've both booked Friday off this week as we're really feeling like we need a bit more down time, so very excited for that!

How about you my lovely? How are things at work? Are they settling down at all? xx

Only just seen this response :D all is ok this end and work has quietened for the moment, although October and November is set to be crazy. But I have my holiday before that so hopefully I'll have a nice chilled frame of mind to get me through!

Tomorrow is your faux Friday, how lucky are you! Sounds like you have a fab day planned too with the mr, just wrap up warm if you head to Brighton! Xx

Ooh holiday! When are you off? Dave and I are just trying to work out if we can afford to go or not. We're going to South Lodge for Christmas with my family and that's costing as much as a two week holiday (but worth it to spend time with my nan's) so not sure we should do both. Really want some sunshine though!!

Yay for faux Friday! Have booked a table at la cave au fromage for lunch - have checked they have wholemeal bread on their menu this week so will be having a red day so I get two healthy extras and using them on bread and cheese! Heaven!!!

What are you up to this weekend my lovely?xx

We have a villa rented for the week in a part of Valencia, private pool, rooftop terrace, massive built in BBQ, 50m from the beach - actually cannot wait. The boy, my mum, her fiance and I for a week - lovely!
Christmas sounds awesome, and a lot less stress than working out who goes to where and cooking etc. But I agree sunshine is always welcomed, especially when the weather is like this.

Weekend is a nice chilled one, work drinks friday eve, badminton sat morning then off to raid my best friends holiday clothes (yay!), sunday off to the witterings with the boy, mum and her fella. And... all on plan!! Shocker!

Not heard of the restaurant you're going to, assuming its nice?! In Brighton? Xxx

Hove Actually ;) It's fab there. Not the easiest to stay on plan there but the boy really wants to go and I'm confident I can do it!

Love holiday clothes swapping! And love the witterings! What a lovely weekend that sounds :) xx

I have that one and its fine :) mine fits salad and chicken in plus fruit for the top part :)

Looks amazing! I've never really had cauliflower before but I'm loving it recently. Roasted cauli and 'cauliflower cheese' (SW version of course!!) are current faves.

Please share the secrets of your lush meal!! xx
