wrote my weeklies off now. not well but will stick to diet I have to this is where I always slip up.

so food for today. ...woke up and couldn't swallow so had a cuppa

then managed crisps and a ww bar 5pp

iv had a ham and cheese crossont from Starbucks and a tea

ill have a ww meal for dinner

I ended up having a sweet chilli chicken wrap yesterday from McDonald's.

so today I feel terrible again so gonna play it by here with food.
