Have completely fallen by the wayside. Off on hols on saturday but plan to start again when come back. Have no enthusiasm for cooking at the mo and no appetite for anything so just eating junk. Need a kick up the backside.

Well weighed myself today and back to 11st 7 lb. am not following any set diet just aiming to cut down on bread, choc and crappy food but at same time have nice evening meals.
 
Well hun it never feels good to put some back on, but at least you are posting again, so you will get it off again xx
 
Weighed on saturday and was 11st 6lb. Hubby also weighed so hopefully him trying to lose weight will help me. Have been good all weekend. Hope to keep it going. Am trying to cut down on pepsi max and drink more water (flavoured) but think the reduction in caffeine is giving me a bit of a headache.....its that or the fighting kids.

Been doing well all week. Ok its only wednesday but i've been good so far and it included lunch at a friends house where i bypassed the pizza and opted for the jacket spud with plenty of salad. Have been only drinking one can pepsi max and been drinking lots of flavoured water. Trying a red day today for a change.
