Hi all , :wave_cry:

I am a 42 year old mother of two boys ,I am 5ft 2" and had by first ever w.w meet last week my start weight was 11st 7.5.I hope to loose around 2.5st.

1st week a loss of 3.5lbs:D
2nd week a loss of 3lb.:rolleyes:
3rd week a loss of 0.5lb.

1/2 stone lost....Hooray

4th week a loss of 0.5lbs.
5th week a loss of 0.5lbs.
6th week a loss of 0.5lbs.
7th week a loss of 2lbs.
8th week stayed the same.
9th week a loss of 2lbs.

Total loss of 12.5 lbs. nearly lost a stone!!!

They said last night at class that there are 12 weeks till christmas (now 9)so hopefully by christmas I should be somewhere close to my target!! If I try my damn hardest!!fingers crossed lol

skimmed milk 1/2 pt 1.0
sultanas 1.0
Lunch:
Melba toasts 1.0
L.Cow xlight cheese tri 0.5
Beetroot n pickled onions
n cucumber /
apple 0.5
ww Yogurt mixed with 0.5
2 pineapple rings 0.5
