Thanks, I'm not officially starting at the meetings until next week so haven't got any books yet but after scouring through here and other pages I have found enough info to get me started this week. :)
Ah! In that case, all fruit (except avocado's) and all Vegetables (other than potato, parsnips, sweet potato, peas and sweetcorn) are superfree.
It's because they're high in calories & carbs and low in water content (compared to the other veg).
