ProPoints **Saturday Stunners**

Well done everyone I sts this week but not really been following the plan as strict as I should be so I'm not too disheartened.

Sam sometimes you just need a kick up the bum. You'll lose that in no time I'm sure :D

Your very right. I've had two days on the simply filling plan to get me back into it (it's great) , and back into exercise. I feel more in control now, so shant be letting anything take me off track this time ;-)
 
Weighed in this morning and lost 1lb ;)

A little bit gutted but I do know why....I haven't drank enough water and also had more bread (in allowance)

Roll on the next 3 weeks whilst Hubby away, going to miss him but eating for me will be easier

I've lost 0.1lb (yes that is nought point one pound) haha - sorry to track such a little amount but I'm just chuffed that I managed to lose something as 3 days ago it was tracking +2lbs :)

Thanks - its a bit annoying as done so much exercise and still had loads of weeklies left but not sure i've had enough points so going to try the Wendy plan this week x

It's basically a way of splitting your weekly points so that you have high days followed by low days so it tricks your metabolism! I found a website that if you put in your number of daily points (i have 26) and the day you want to be your super high day (mine is Saturday, WI day) it tells you how to split your points - this is what my week will look like...

I don't know which to try...the original? Or the WW members one? I don't normally have all my weeklies but don't normally split them up either - I usually have 2 high days (sat/sun) followed by 5 low days x

I got weighed today so havin today as my high day! Xx
 
I've set up a thread for the Wendie plan Lisa so we can keep updated on how it's going...it's my high day today too - sisters birthday BBQ and had a lovely breakfast too!! :) x

Lost 3lb this week!
Makes me wonder why I went off track for so many weeks when I could have been losing not gaining. Feeling much Better now though :-D

3lbs off for me this week. Hopefully next week ill get 1lb+ off then that will be 3st.
