Well done great losses.
Please can I join?

This is my second weigh in back on SW, and I lost 1 1/2lb.

Last time I did SW I lost 4lb in the first week, but this time I lost 2lb last week, then the 1 1/2 this week, so it's coming off slower, but I know that 1 - 2lb per week is reasonable to expct so I'm not too too disappointed.
I lost 1lb this week, not much but its a loss.
