Hi guys, I'm swapping to a Saturday weigh in due to some work training I'm on for the next few weeks, so thought I'd join you guys! xxx

How's everyone feeling for tomorrow?

Not confident as although syns been fairly low and plenty free foods, not as much superfree. I would say about a quarter not third superfree this week

I can't believe it's been a week already! Had a big loss (for me) last wk, so knowing me I've put some bk on during this wk! Will hv to wait and see?!

I'm. It sure this week I'm thinking a gain or maintain. Had a Chinese as a treat sat and then ended up having pizza Sunday. Oppps. We shall see. Good luck everyone x

Still struggling to believe I can eat what I've eaten and lost.... Weigh in number two tomorrow. I've been very good so fingers crossed. Haven't eaten out since I've started the plan which is very unlike us. Tomorrow, we are going out for an Indian. I'm planning to have a rogan josh, plain rice, a single poppadum. I probably need a starter too but not sure what the best choice might be...... See what the scales say - I might pass on a starter.

Morning mins x somehow managed a 0.25 loss after a horrible week so I'm really happy! I do SW as well as 5:2 fasting as I'm close to target & needed an extra boost, fasting definitely working 4 me :eek:

Just a pound off this week which is good but slightly disappointing.... But a loss is a loss. Fingers crossed for next weeks first half stone off.
 
Lost three quarters of a pound. Why couldn't it have been a full pound much easier to work out :D

Very pleased as felt I didn't eat enough superfree this week.
