Sauces syns, please :)

Hi, does anyone know the syns in the following please

Nandos Extra Extra Hot Peri-Peri Sauce

Nandos Peri-Peri Chip Sprinkle

Jack Daniels Hot Chilli Barbecue Sauce

Jamaica's Pride Hot Pepper Sauce

Also ... have these left over from Christmas, wondering if they are low in syns?

Hey, it says XX hot peri-peri - 0.5 syns a tbsp
Can't see a chip sprinkle, is it just herbs and spices? Cos might be free if so
Can't see JD sauce either, but it says standard BBQ sauce is 1 syn tbps
Can't find the jamaica one either! Sorry not sure what to compare it to either
Did you mean cadbury snow balls? Cos it says they're 0.5 syns each! Doesn't sound bad

none of the above have any free food allowance (sauces dont qualify)

So look at the calories and divide by 20 to get your syn value.

Chip sprinkle says it has 100 cals per 100g. mainly salt and spices but a dash of sugar in by the look of it
