Serves 4
Fry off an onion, 2 blulbs of garlic and a chopped carrot.
Twist 8 syn free sausages in half then add them to the pan to brown off
add a tin of chopped toms, 200ml chicken stock, 2 tbs worcestershire sauce and 500g halved baby new pots. Bring to the boil
Transfer to an oven dish and bake for 30 mins uncovered, whilst boiling 3 normal potatos and 1 large sweet potato. Mash once soft
Add 300g frozen peas to the casserole and spread the potato topping on.
Pop back in the oven for around 20 mins, or until the potato has started to crisp up a bit. Enjoy!!
