Red Day sausage one pot

Sausage one pot (serves 4) Less than 2 syns per serving

Pack of Morrisons eat smart diet sausages
red onion sliced thickly
Butternut squash into chunks
1/2 pint gravy made as directed
tsp wholegrain mustard
fry light

Place sausages, onion, and butternut squash into a dish or non stick roasting tin and put in preheated oven at about 200 or gas 6 for about 40 mins

(You can pre-brown the sausages first if you like under a grill)

When all veg and sausage is cooked to your liking, make up gravy as directed and stir in wholegrain mustard and pour over the meat n veg.

Return to oven for a few mins till starts to bubble.

Done!

So so nice and comforting. Great for using up that packet of sausages! Have it with any green veg you like or make a swede n leek mash. I just had it on its own and it was scrum. I found this recipe on Good Food website and just tweaked it a bit.
