Sausages and chicken

Hello

Can anyone recommend any decent sausages that are low syn?

Also - chicken - is it OK to eat the pre-cooked thighs and drums etc as long as skin is removed before eating - does that still count as Free?

You will find a large sticky thread about low syn sausages in the syn values sub forum as this is quite a frequently asked question.
As for the chicken as far as I know as long as the skin is removed they would be free. Double check for marinades etc though as even without the skin some may be present x
