SAVING SYNS

I mean syns don't particularly work like that because it's more of a varied diet and stuff, but what I do is I go to a Wednesday 7pm group and after that I have treat night and start Thursday morning, and have no/very little syns all week. What I would reccommend though is if your really struggling to have them losses keep to it 100% and have them treat nights once in a while. X

Your syn allowance isn't a target.

If you really want to see a good result on the scales I'd stick to having about 10 syns a day and try not to use them on super fatty /sugary things.

Saving them up just encourages binge eating xxx
