I have been told by someone using SS that she uses Marigold instead of the savory drink as it is the same but much cheaper, any thoughts?

Marigold Bouillon - there is a low salt version, which is better for CD. This is lovely. On my first week of CD I would have one cup a day when feeling hungry. I rarely drink it now, as I am not hungry very often.

When you go on AAMW or if on any of the plans - you can cook veg in water with some boullion...be it CD or Marigold...I believe the CD version has less salt that the low salt Marigold one...

its good for sprinkling on stir fry when you get to that bit...:D
