Saw Take That & Ate Dinner!!!

Well I went to see Take That last night and they were amazing, so good.

But, I went out for dinner first, I had roasted fillet of salmon wrapped in pancetta, lentils & green beans, with a honey and mustard dressing, do you think this is bad? I stuck water all day and evening.

Thing is the scales haven't budged since I got weighed on Tuesday, don't want this to affect my loss too much, hoping somethings gonna come off before Tuesdays WI!!! :confused:

Hi honey hope you enjoyed take that? I went to Manchester last Sunday they were amazing! As for the meal I think you made sensible choices and you should still get a loss this week, you have a few days till weigh day so stick with it my dear and it should pay off xxx

Bet they were brilliant! I'm sure you had a great night. Dinner sounds delicious and healthy too - maybe it will give your metabolism a little kick so don't worry too much. Just get right back on track and you should still see a loss at next WI.

WOW you are good with the dinner choice you had.
Not really something I should be saying as most people are so good on this diet and don't often cheat but I eat once a week, I'm on SS and honeslty hand on heart NEVER put on weight Last week I had garlic bread with cheese and chips for dinner as well as my two shakes and still lost 5lbs in that week.
For me I need to know I can have a littel treat once a week but as long as it is only once and still stick witht he diet every other day it's fine!
There is no way you'll not lose or will it affect your weight loss for just that one day.
Maybe you'll feel hungry the next few days as I do but I don't know about you but I don't mind the feeling of being hungry so it's not that bad for me!
Hope I haven't annoyed anyone with this comment but it's just how I find it works for me!

Some people are more sensitive than others with regards to ketosis, so whilst some people might not put on any weight and even lose weight, don't take it as given that you will.

Last time I did CD I would STS for the slightest little blips. It will depend upon all sorts of things. Some people are able to in effect cheat weekly, but this will be fatal to a large proportion of people.

I know you want reassurance, but I'm sure you also want honest answers, and this would not work for me and maybe won't for you.

You made healthy choices though, which is great. For me I've had to have planned breaks and face the fact that I won't lose that week, but as long as you are losing in the long term, it doesn't matter too much does it!

Title made me laugh, surely they wernt that bad that you had to eat:D
But seriously that looks like a very healthy choice of meal. Dont beat yourself up, congratulate yourself on a good choice and back on the diet. Whats done is done, its not like you had a major binge or anything, just ate a meal out.
