Sawyer's Bikini 2012 diet!

    So, I'm aiming for a somewhat bikini fit body for Summer 2012 for my 4th anniversary holiday with my lovely boyfriend and hopefully will post my food diary and get some tips if any one has anything to add! Anything will be considered! I also do NOT want to be a FAT BRIDE!! I'm not engaged but hopefully it's not too long in the future! If I start now, I can be a slim, smoking hot Bride! :D

    A bit about me to start...

    I am a Nurse, love my job but it makes me lazy when I'm not at work as I feel I deserve a rest! When I am at work, it's very busy and I work very very hard and stick to my points without a hint of a wobble. When not at work, well that's a whole different story! And because I work 12.5 hour shifts, I am off work a lot!!

    Love my food, and love wine even more! So far, WW had taught me better portions, and healthier habits. I feel better, and hopefully soon I'll look better! Started at 16st 12lb - OMG!

    Look forward to hearing your comments/advice and reading some of your diaries also!

    Right, it's Monday. I weight 16st 12lb again. Arg! I have drank so much alcohol this weekend and ate nothing but *****! Plus it was my birthday yesterday so there's so much cake! Arg!

    Starting again now. Going to do a week of no weeklies at all. Just dailies. And loads of water. I'm detoxing. I'm working 4 12 hour shifts this week tues-fri so it should be a lot easier.

    I AM BACK ON IT!

    WEEK 1 DAY 1: MONDAY 25/7/11

    B - Cheerios, 30g - 3pp
    - splash of skimmed milk - 1pp

    L - Toasted pitta 4pp
    - low fat soft cheese, 30g 1pp

    Hi, I'm new here hope you don't mind me butting in but shouldnt u be on more than 29 points a day at the moment, and I think you weigh around the same as I did and I started on 36 points xx

    Weight myself this morning. I am 16st 7lb. Have lost 5lbs! Even though it's been a terrible week!

    Yeah probably should be on more PP but I am seeing results now and not feeling to hungry and don't need to feel too bad if I go over :D yeay!
