Tikka filler was actually surprisingly nice for the points! If you had used it to top a salad it would have been a great 2pp lunch! With something carby thrown in!

Tikka is probably the best from the Tesco selection. They range from 2pp - 4pp which still isn't that bad! The worst one is coronation chicken but they do a low fat version for 3pp instead of 4pp! Bought that one at Tesco this morning!

So I totally failed yesterday! But I weighted myself this morning and I'm down another 4.6lb (16 st 3lb)!!! Blimey!

So I'm starting a new week today with a new head on my shoulders! Back to normality after a weekend off with the boyfriend (as it's such a rare occasion, we tend to celebrate!)

Decided this week to add my weeklies to my first 3 days then for the last 4 days (when I'll be working), I'll stick to my 29pp a day. See if that makes a difference to my weight loss!

Went to see Jason Byrne last night and it was a real treat after a pretty crappy week, WW wise!!

WEIGH IN

Weighed myself this morning. Using last weeks weight, I have only lost 1/4lb. However I happened to weigh myself midweek cause of the bad start I had and had put on 3lbs!!! So in theory, I have lost 3 and 1/4lbs since then lol. I'm not disappointed, just glad I have lost that rogue weight I put on from some over indulgence last weekend! :D
