Thanks guys! I keep having a few hiccups but the weight is stil shifting slowly! :D

Having the day off today cause its the big meet up of my boyfriends parents and mine, for the very first time! I need to not be worrying about food cause I am so worried about them meeting lol. But I am still going to make sensible choices and not go wild! Then I am on nights for 3 after that and never use all my points!

So today may go something like this...! (I'm on my phone so will jazz it up later!!)

WEEK 4 DAY 2: TUESDAY 16/8/11

B - none

Early lunch - Wetherspoons chicken and chorizo flatbread
- chips
- 3xdiet pepsi

T - At Browns Restaurant

Starter - 1/2 fish platter (shared with my boyfriend!) - 5-6 wee prawns with marie rose sauce and lettuce, 1.5 lobster croquettes, 5 small pieces of crispy squid dipped in tartare sauce, LOADS of salmon pâté spread on 2 hunks of rosemary foccachia.

Main - 8oz rib eye steak (trimmed all the fat off) and handful of chips lightly dipped in mayo.

1/2 bottle of Merlot and 1/2 bottle of Pinot Grigio throughout the afternoon.

This lovely lot will add up to NIL POINTS for one day only!

So have just been informed that we are going out for lunch with his parents as well... To Wetherspoons of all places!!! God knows how many points I'll use now!! Even the ceasar salad in there has about 15pp!!!!!!

Well followers, I have had an absolute REVELATION today!

Before started WW, I was a complete crisps fiend. I would have 2-3 packs a day and tell myself it was fine cause I didn't eat chocolate everyday...! Yeah. Right.

I have managed to cut down a lot and am eating the lowest PP ones I can and today, I brought a bag of French Fries through from the kitchen to have with my lunch, just as I always would...habit really! And I STILL haven't eaten them. Because I am just not that hungry! That would have NEVER happened pre-WW! I'd have guzzled them down without a thought and probably gotten another bag!

I feel that is a big step for me! I am so happy; I am even going to put it in my goals achieved part of my signature :D

Trying a new thing for the next few days. Going to try and not eat bread after breakfast time! Bread is my 2nd biggest downfall after crisps!!
