Really terrible last few days. Not even sure I have pointed most of the stuff and I have drunk far too much wine/cider to even speak off. Have not lost or gained any weight so far but tomorrow's official weigh in will show the real damage... must behave more next week. I wish alcohol didn't exist!!!

I have just put on my size 18 skinny jeans that I havn't worn for 2 years and they fit like a glove! And my swing coat from last autumn that was a tad too tight to do the buttons now fits with room to move! Given me a new boost of motivation and I now will NOT eat a subway for lunch like I had wanted!!!

I am feeling really great today, new found optimism since my jeans fitted and I found a dress for my parents party! Really enjoyed my food and even though was out for lunch, managed to stick within my points and not feel hungry or deprived in any way! Just want to shout YESSS!! From the rooftops today!! Haha

Well, I have been off the radar for ages...! Had a wee holiday and my boyfriend proposed! EEK!
