Your right the way we were brought up with food definitely affects us in adulthood. As kids we used to have little treats of chocolate or cakes or biscuits to make us feel better or celebrate something or other. Eating it now has that feel good factor for a short time, but its making me fat too.

Hey there, how you doing? How was the the WI this week?

Sts :-( my tankini came and I look like a barrell... Uhh so disheartened at the minute and tired. Going to try use the bank holidays to prep and freeze some meals so I can get back on track.

How u doing? Any tips? U staying on slimming world?
